When you think of dog parks what comes to mind? Lots of dog owners hanging out getting to know each other while their dogs get to know each other and play together. I personally don't have a dog park anywhere near my house so I've yet to participate in this bonding experience. But maybe I can do the next best thing at The Doggie Park online. The Doggie Park is a new blog for pet owners and lovers. You will find information, fun stories and even contests! Right now you can vote on the halloween contest or plan your entry for the Christmas contest.

An online dog park? What a great idea! We have a neighbor who took her little dog to a dog park and the dog was mauled by another dog. All is well after a lot of vet bills, but I have learned there can be a downside to the real live park.
I don't really have first-hand experience since I am a cat, and they would cause quite a stir if I tried to visit in person!
