A kitty break through

We have invested a few hundred dollars in unwanted kitty toys and furniture in the past. Cynthia refuses to behave normally. This weekend Matt and I deliberated long and hard about shelling out $120 for a kitty tree. Cynthia needs someplace to lay that isn't on me and someplace to sharpen her claws that is allowed. PetCo said they would take the furniture back if she didn't like it, so we brought it home. We have been like new parents this week, watching our little girl as she actually began taking the tiniest of interest in her new tree. Tonight is the first time she totally ignored me in favor of snoozing in new place!

While at the pet store Matt fell in love with a couple little girl kitties. They made friends and he really wanted to bring them home. They were cute and I would love to adopt another kitty but we can't. Plus her royal highness would have a shit fit!
