Zootoo fails to make good on Million Dollar make over

This is so sad and frustrating. The winning shelter here in St Louis has had to take Richard Thompson to court in an attempt to collect the prize. Meanwhile another Missouri shelter is expecting to receive their makeover from this year's contest.

I'm disappointed with Zootoo's $1 million makeover. I just hope the misunderstanding between Zootoo & mr. Grim would be resolved immediately.
