San Antonio Teen sets Bulldog on fire

People who abuse animals go on to abuse or kill humans. What has gone wrong with this boy that he would do something so horrible?
A teenager may be facing charges in a horrific case of animal cruelty.
Police believe the teen set a 2-year-old English Bulldog on fire at a home on the city's south side earlier this week. C
Animal Care Services is now asking for your help in caring for him. They need donations to help pay for his medical treatments. Those treatments could cost up to $10,000. Once Churchill is well enough, he will be put up for adoption.
