			<description>I have to agree. Licensed and inspected is pretty much worthless. There is NO REASON for commercial breeding of dogs and cats. None. Period. Close them ALL down until the shelters are empty and then come and talk to me about breeding.</description>

			<description>I think dogs should not be considered livestock. All states in the nation need to make it unacceptable to farm puppies and then toughen the laws on breeding facilities. But this bill is a start.
